We’re welcoming our summer visitors here in Yarmouth Port and throughout Cape Cod. Not only are the boaters flocking to places like Hallets Millpond here in Yarmouth Port, but so are the artists, the birders, the photographers, the beachcombers ‚ you name it.
It seems every weekend there’s a new summer festival in the area, but we confess we like those “lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer” best. There’s nothing like sitting out on the porch with our bed and breakfast guests with a glass of something ice cold and enjoying the breeze on your face and the sounds of bird song in your ears.
Of course, now that we’ve hit the summer solstice, it means the local 4th of July celebrations are just around the corner. It’s a bit new to us so we’re looking forward to them.
