In and around Yarmouth Port you will find many delights to keep you busy, without even taking your car. Here are just a few of our favorites:

Gray’s Beach & Boardwalk

1.6 miles: this is a nature lover’s paradise. Walk to the end of the boardwalk which juts into Cape Cod Bay to catch spectacular sunsets.

The Old Wharf

0.8 mile: Yarmouth Port Wharf was the Cape’s main arterial supply route before the arrival of the railroad in 1848. Now very little remains of its original structure, and it has become a verdant tranquil spot for walkers and kayakers to enjoy.

0.3 mile: Freshwater swimming.

Edward Gorey House & Museum

0.2 mile: The former home of the celebrated American author, illustrator, playwright and designer, Edward Gorey. The house celebrates and preserves his life and works, showing his diverse, extraordinary talents and reflecting his distinct personality.
